Lily Summer

Lily leads Kids Aerial classes, and Aerial Dance series, and trains and performs vertical. Growing up in Portland, Lily fell in love with aerial silks at the age of 14 when she began taking classes at The Circus Project. Ever since, Lily has continued to work on silks as well as rope, trapeze, and lyra. She has trained, performed, and taught with Portland based studios AWOL dance, DoJump theatre, and Night Flight aerial, and graduated from The Circus Project's Pre-Professional training company in 2014 under Jacki Ward and Nicolo Kerwhald. Lily has extensive experience coaching both kids and adults on vertical apparatus, although her passion lies in working with children. She believes aerial dance provides a unique creative and physical outlet for young children especially, and is excited to be able to pass along everything that she has gained from her aerial training to the Missoula community.
